Каждые авиационное происшествие, серьезный инцидент, инцидент, произошедшие на территории Кыргызской Республики, а также произошедшие с воздушным судном, зарегистрированным в Кыргызской Республике, независимо от места нахождения воздушного судна, подлежат учету в органе по расследованию.
