1. Время открытия аэродрома означает период, в течение которого аэродром открыт для совершения воздушных транспортных операций в соответствии с Авиационными правилами Кыргызской Республики по предложению эксплуатанта аэродрома.
2. Во время закрытия аэродром может использоваться для взлета и посадки по согласованию с органом гражданской авиации и эксплуатантом аэродрома.
