1. Принудительное исполнение акта и решения осуществляется административным органом, принявшим их (далее - орган принудительного исполнения), за исключением предусмотренных законом случаев.
2. Орган принудительного исполнения приводит в исполнение также решение по жалобе, принятое вышестоящим административным органом.
