1. Обращение к исполнению акта и решения возлагается на административный орган, вынесший данный акт или решение.
2. Решение по административной жалобе направляется нижестоящему административному органу, уполномоченному обращать его к исполнению, в течение трех рабочих дней со дня принятия соответствующего решения.
