Административный акт, не обжалованный в порядке, установленном настоящим Законом, может быть отменен административным органом в течение одного года со дня обнаружения фактов, которые служат основанием для отмены административного акта, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных пунктом 3 части 3, частью 7 статьи 56 настоящего Закона.
