Внести в Земельный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 9, ст.440) следующее изменение: в абзаце третьем пункта 3 статьи 8 слова "Правительством Кыргызской Республики и утверждается Жогорку Кенешем" заменить словами "и утверждается Правительством Кыргызской Республики".
