1. Оценка соответствия оборота взрывчатых материалов промышленного назначения осуществляется в целях реализации задач, предусмотренных настоящим Законом и законодательством в сфере технического регулирования.
2. Оценка соответствия осуществляется в формах:
1) сертификации;
2) государственного надзора.
