Статья 14. Порядок вступления в силу настоящего Закона

1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики и органам местного самоуправления в трехмесячный срок:
1) принять соответствующие меры по реализации настоящего Закона;
2) привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
