Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об экологической экспертизе" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 12, ст.528) следующие изменения:
1. Часть 3 статьи 9 признать утратившей силу.
2. В статье 12 слова "и внесения платы за ее проведение" исключить.
3. Абзац третий статьи 19 признать утратившим силу.
4. Статью 21 признать утратившей силу.
