1. Государственные закупки товаров, работ и услуг осуществляются следующими методами:
1) одноэтапным;
2) двухэтапным;
3) упрощенным;
4) на понижение цены;
5) прямого заключения договора.
2. Государственные закупки консультационных услуг осуществляются методами, предусмотренными статьей 34 настоящего Закона.
