(1) Суд, постановивший приговор о лишении осужденного специального или воинского звания, направляет его копию органу или должностному лицу, присвоившему звание. (2) Должностное лицо в установленном порядке вносит в соответствующие документы запись о лишении осужденного звания, а также принимает меры к лишению его прав и льгот, связанных со званием. (3) Копия приговора в отношении военнослужащего запаса направляется в военный комиссариат по месту его приписки. (4) Должностное лицо в течение месяца со дня получения копии приговора извещает суд, постановивший приговор, о принятых мерах.
