1. Ущерб, причиненный клиенту банка вследствие нарушения требований настоящего Закона, подлежит возмещению в полном объеме в соответствии с законодательством.
2. Лица, виновные в нарушении требований настоящего Закона, несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
