Лизингодатель предоставляет лизингополучателю имущество, являющееся
предметом лизинга, в состоянии, соответствующем условиям договора
лизинга и назначению данного имущества, вместе со всеми его
принадлежностями и со всеми документами (техническим паспортом и
другими), если иное не предусмотрено договором лизинга.
