Суды аксакалов ведут статистический учет рассмотренных дел (материалов). Суды аксакалов не реже одного раза в год отчитываются о своей деятельности перед общими собраниями граждан, конференциями Советов общественности, сессиями аильных, поселковых, районных (городских) кенешей, учредивших их.
