1. Банк Кыргызстана устанавливает для банков размер обязательных
резервов, размещаемых в Банке Кыргызстана за плату.
2. Банк Кыргызстана вправе наложить штраф на любой банк, если им
не соблюдается предусмотренный уровень обязательных резервов.
Штраф взыскивается ежедневно в размере не более двухкратного размера
существующей ставки рефинансирования по сумме недовнесенных средств.
