1. Банк Кыргызстана совместно с Министерством финансов Кыргызской
Республики устанавливает порядок исполнения республиканского и
местных бюджетов.
2. Банк Кыргызстана осуществляет кассовое исполнение
республиканского и местных бюджетов через банки и может выполнять
операции, необходимые для исполнения бюджетов через свои учреждения.
