Резерв кадров формируется уполномоченным государственным органом в сфере таможенного дела посредством проведения соответствующих конкурсов среди следующих кандидатов:
- граждан, принявших участие в конкурсном отборе и рекомендованных конкурсной комиссией для зачисления в резерв кадров;
- сотрудников, занимающих должности в таможенном органе, рекомендованных по результатам аттестации на повышение и подавших заявление о включении их в резерв.
Условия и порядок зачисления в резерв кадров и исключение из него определяются Правительством Кыргызской Республики. (В редакции Закона КР от 22 декабря 2011 года № 251)
