Общинное ведение лесного хозяйства основывается на совместной работе по осуществлению лесопользования и лесоразведения хозяйственными товариществами и обществами, организационно основанными на семейных и родственных связях лиц, компактно проживающих на участках государственного лесного фонда, сдаваемых в аренду.
